Moving beyond just listening, effecting lasting change.

I work with people who want to make real changes in how they think, feel, and live. Many of my clients are achievement-oriented professionals who find themselves stuck in patterns of anxiety, burnout, procrastination, or relationship struggles. My role is to help you get unstuck — to push forward without burning out, and to feel more in control of your mind and your life.

As an integrative CBT therapist, I use a personalised, evidence-based approach that draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). These frameworks combine structured tools with open, thoughtful dialogue — so therapy feels both supportive and practical.

You set the pace.

My job is to listen without judgment, challenge where needed, and guide you towards lasting change. You won’t just talk about what’s wrong — we’ll actively work on shifting it.

My path to becoming a therapist began from the other side of the room. After losing a parent in my teenage years and navigating my own experiences of anxiety and depression, therapy helped me rebuild from the inside out. CBT gave me the tools to challenge self-defeating beliefs and make more authentic choices. That process changed how I live, and it’s what inspires the work I do today.

While I’ve made significant progress in my own life, I consider myself a work in progress — just like everyone I work with. That perspective keeps me grounded, curious, and deeply committed to helping my clients create meaningful, sustainable change.
