The rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-located spaces for us to work in. There is a waiting room if you find yourself a little early, as well as refreshments like tea and coffee.
Conducting therapy in person offers a unique experience compared to being online. You can speak freely without interruptions, creating a safe space to explore challenging life circumstances. Additionally, I’ll use a whiteboard to help visualize unhelpful patterns and outline practical ways of moving forward with conceptual models and exercises.
